Hi there . I would like to say that I lost about 20kg in 4 months with Reductil ( that I bought from http://reductil-meridia.biz/ ) I obtained very good results with them, but I also added more fruits and vegetables in my nutrition. If you can you can exercise also, or have at least regular night walks (as I did for example ) People must understand that these pills don't make any miracle, without any help from us.
